What is incompatibility?

Hi there!

My name is Terry, I have a Dell Pent II, 366XT, Latitude Cpi. Few years old. The screen starts to giggle after a while, it comes and goes. Two days age it started to giggle harder then before. But, the cumputer works great. I do not play video games. Just chess games and bachgannon. Can you kindly give your input. Thank you.

Terry you may not play video games but if your screen resolution is different from the needed amount then thats where your problem lies if you change it you will be able to choose which is better so that your screen will not giggle
