Error message ineb.dll

When I try to run Internet Explorer I get this error message.

INEB.DLL failed

It all started when I ran an adware6.0 from Lava Soft and deleted a few tags. Do I have to reboot the whole shooting match?

I tried to reload the windows program but it failed..I am also running freedom security software to protect the wireless. but it is failing as well.

I recommend that you reinstall adware 6.0 without deleting any tags that is properly causing your problems If you have a good spyware program installed it should locate and remove the problem.
