How to get an answer from someone?

I have used your site many, many times to try to help me solve a computer, sometimes I even get an answer. But I have noticed that any question answered by ricardo of Katherine Gibbs School - New York NEVER COMES UP. THE ONLY THING IN THE ANSWER SECTION IS rmarchi. Please fix this as this answer could possibly be of some use to someone.

But what exactly is your problem Is there something wrong with your pc or has is been solved all ready If his answer never comes up just keep looking for someone else's I am sure that there are plenty.
