Why can't I acces a secure web site?

Why can't I access a secure site? I've changed all of my active x controls so that everything is enabled, but that doesn't fix my problem. What can I do??? Thanks for your help!

When you say you changed all of you active X controls, does that mean you changed your browser settings, if tht is what you mean than o.k. Also, if you are using AOL you have to change the settings on that to enable you to surf these secure sites Because a site will never on its own keep anyone from using it
