Why my computer restarts automatically

Every time i get on my computer...... it could be anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour. It restarts atomaticlly. Why does this happen?

IF your computer restarts by its self the problem should be a faulty power suppy Your power supply could be having shorts or the jack the computing is pluged into could also be having shorts So switch the plug that you are pluged into and if that does that change then you shiould change the power supply.
