Hello and thank you for looking at my question.

Until a couple of weeks ago my computer was running fine, no problems with anything. But as about 2 weeks ago i noticed that my computer was pausing every second or so. I noticed this by watching videos on my computer. This has never happened before and now it does it all the time. It pauses for about a millisecond every second or so. It is really annoying while watching videos. This didn't happen until recently because i was able to watch these videos without a hitch before. The cause could be a defrag, because after the defrag i noticed it. But i reformatted and reinstalled windows from scratch and it still seems to do it. I have done a scan disk to see if my drive was corrupted but i don't think its that. Does anyone have any suggestions or answers to my problems or what the cause of the problem could be.??

Thanks

Joe.

So if its not your hard drive and if you have done a disk defragment and nothing seems wrong it can either be your ram memory or it can be worse like your processor That might need to be replaced but don't jump into conclussion as of yet, your better off trying to upgrade your ram before you upgrade your procsessor.
