Got the COX Cable just yesterday. It's great!!!!

However, I have 1 issue I can't resolve. I also have a Netgear RP614 firewall router. I believe it is the reason I can not play Microsoft Combat Flight Sim with other players on the Internet. I was told by Netgear support I need the start and stop numers from Microsoft for the game in order to reconfig the ports. Their page wants my IP address, I know that, I filled it in their form. From MicrosoftKnowledge Base #240429, my confusion starts. They talk of Initial UDP Connection outbound, and subsequent UDP inbound numbers, whats all that about? It seems the netgear form is not compliant with the info from Microsoft. Can you all help clear my confusion? Thank you.

Because of the firewall, this is blocking you from connecting to other microsoft players. This is What you should do Disable the firewall so that your computer can detect the microsoft game players Then once you're finished playing, enable the firewall again.
