I have a 20 gig hard drive. Only 8.4 gig is recognized, and I'm right at that threshhold. How do I get the computer to recognize the other 11.6 gig??? As a note here, my "built computer" was slow, and this one had an apparent virus on it's hard drive. I took that hard drive out and put in the current 20 gig hard drive. But I've had this same exact problem in both computers. And, if it's as easy as upgrading the BIOS, where do I get it??? Thanks in advance!
