What is wrong with my power supply?

When I turn my computer on it has a error message that says power management problem then it loads after 15 minutes of use it has a continiuos beep for a few minutes and all lights on front flash everything slows down and it continues every 15 minutes or so.

The problem is your power supply you should chance the power supply then that should solve your problem.
