after working with dell customer service for 3 hours in an attempt to repair an apparent virus, i am now unable to even turn on my laptop - any suggestions? i've checked all power sources. would like to at least be able to turn it on so i cann access the damage and begin repairs. thanks

-one of the thing you should check is the battery, is it inserted right
-did you add more memory to it if yes make sure is inserted right.
