Recently my Outlook Express has been very slow and sluggish. I know you advised to erase a Windows Update that had a glitch and I did that; it has not improved and has been much slower. Any other suggestions?

In order to slove this little problem, you must erase the files that is in your computer These flies are the ones that you don't really need In yorder to do so, you must first go to start, programs, accessories, system tools and click on disc defragmeter and disc cleaner In that way your computer would get a chance to run faster When you click on disc deframeter seect which drive you would want to defrag which is the C: drive this process would take at least 1 hour or more depending on how much files you have on your computer, it wouldn't delete it but it would just simply put everything in order because the files in your computer is all over the system When you are finished with the disc defragmeter, go to the disc cleanup again make sure you have the C: drive selected and click start After that it would tell which temporary files would like to delete Make sure you select all of them so you can make your computer run faster.
