I just installed a COMPUSA Broadband Router - works great!
Two computers on home network. Both have full access.
Q. Do I still need Zone Alarm? Cookie Wall? NOBO?
Doesn't the router do everything these little utilities do?
If I still need them. can you tell me why?
Thanks.
David

Well, while I don't know what Zone alarm and NOBO are I can make a pretty good guess on what Cookie Wall is, it probably blocks cookies And while I am not familiar with these utilities I know a router is only responsible for routing packets to other networks out side yours and nothing else, I am answering this question from a PC that is connected to a router and I still recieve tons of cookies.
