What is the OEM number that my laptop asks for?

My laptop crashed and will not load up all I have is 13 boot disks But it asks for the OEM number but I do not know this who do I find out and reboot my windows 95 laptop

I don't know what the OEM number is, but I do know what OEM is OEM is a company that buys computers from another company and customizex them, they are not the computer manufacturer but the customizer What brand name is your laptop, Dell, Compaq etc try to contact the compays name on the laptop they should be able to help you further.
