Why the computer freazes a lot?

can not formate the computer sometimes frizes up and a lot of errors come up i have high speed internet can yoou help me please

One reason why your computer could freaze a lot is, maybe you do not have enough memory You might not have enough ram to deal with more than one application at a time.
