So here's the situation : i cant remember what it says on the screen but it's something like 'Stop' followed by a bunch of numbers and no words. And they said to run some funny thing like CGKDSC or something like that. I cannot run the com under safemode, prompt, normal nor anyother mode as it always ends up at the BLue screen. the screen only comes when it goes to the XP loading screen.

If you have a startup disk that will be the best thing you can do to help restore your operating system back to normal if you can get on the computer in safe mode then you and go to the system tools and go to the system restore This should allow you to reboot and fix the win xp operating system If you cannot get to the system restore and you donot have a startup disk then get the winxp cd and just insert it to your computer when it boots up Just follow the direction but do not agree to anything that invoulves formatting the HDD or hard drive.
