Why my computer freezes up?

Well every time I'm on my computer my computer will freeze either when I open an outlook express e-mail or when I surf the internet or from swiching users on WindowsXP. I have checked for viruses and have found none. I find that my internet speed has decreased also. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank You

First I suggest that you deframent your computer then if that does not work You should chance or add more memory Try those two things and it should be solved.
