Have error msg. that pops up occasionally, not in any particular order. it says,"WINKBNH caused a divide error in module WINKBNH.exe 0167:00403b21

I spent long time in Microsoft website for info, could find none. Your programs and website seem to have SO MUCH more ready info. I thought I would run it by you, before I need to unhook this whole thing and bring it down for an overhaul. Shirley Buchanan

also, I know AOL is not your favorite, but it works for old lady like me, I signed up for news list and so forth, but only get them "whenever.." not in any order, if at all. Thanks for your help.

There could be a problem with the hard drive; this should help you with some details concerning your Hard drive This is usually cause by installing or upgrading a program in your computer Use the following information should tell you what has happen to your computer.

SYMPTOMS

After you upgrade from Microsoft Windows 98 to Windows 98 Second Edition, you may receive the following error message:

Mprexe caused an invalid page fault in module kernel32.dll at 0167:bff719d1

CAUSE

This behavior occurs when your computer has less than the minimum required memory (24 MB) to upgrade to Windows 98 Second Edition

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, use the appropriate method:

Uninstall Windows 98 Second Edition.

Upgrade your computer to 24 MB (or more) of RAM.
