Recovery disk

In using the recovery disc - I am 77 yrs young - will I be able to do this on my own without causing me more problems. I seem to have windows showing "a file is missing that is connected to the export file". I am sure I did something. Giving me problems in my Genealogy file - also my Easy Photo. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you Dolores

If you have files missing all you will definatly have to do is load up the recovery disk that will add all the missing files for windows that you will need if any other program other than windows that you need files for you might need to reinstal those other programs seperatly but your windows cd should reinstal everything on the recovery just don;t click yes to anything that says formate hard drive or hdd good luck
