What is a cpd.exe file?

What is cpd.exe? I heard it was a virus, but I'm not sure. My Aunt has it on her computer under find: files and folders. I on the otherhand am not able to locate this file on my system. Please help!!!

Honesly I am not sure, I now that .exe stads for executable file If you are not sure than run any Anti Virus software to have If it is a virus the software will take care of it for you If not tnat you can open it and find out what it is.
