What is the best way to keep my system running smooth? Is there a regclean (or similar) program for XP? I do a defrag every couple of months but I just feel like there is more I should be able to do to keep the system running it's best.

There are more ways to make your computer run more soother, like using Dr Watson which is installed in ever computer no matter what It will perminently remove a couple of flies you don't need, you can also use the "disk cleanup" which is located with the "disk defragment" that can also clean up some of the files to give you free space in your computer There is another way to make more space in your computer, every computer has a folder called "cookies" folder, it has all of the websites you have ever visited on the internet, deleting all of those files would probably be thebest thing ever, but not to worry it wouldn't harm anything in your computer or your computer components You can also go to "Find" and "Files and Folders" look up an old folder, it looks like it's still in your computer but you can delete it from the files and folders option just select the particularunwanted files and hit the delete key, it will help you with the computer a lot.

Try this it would work well.
