Is your moden is internal or external?

I am having problems connecting to the internet with a msn 1000 dslmodem using windows xp. I can connect using window ME with no problems. I called msn and they said I needed to upgrade my usb connections. Can there be a solution for this.

If this is a internal moden then you wouldn't have problem, but is your are using an external modem that is hook up with a USB cable and cannot connect to it, i think you should intstall the proper drivers for Windows XP not for Windows ME, Ok.

Go to the manufacture and download the correct manufacture, and install on Windows XP and see if it work.
