What can I do about these messages that I get when I turn my computer?

IM NOT SURE WHAT I DID BUT WHEN I TURN MY COMPUTER ON I GET 2 MESSAGES

1. POWR DLL FILE CANNOT START. CHECK FILE TO DETERMINE THE PROBLEM.

2. ERROR LOADING POWR PROF. DLL.........A DYNAMIC LINK LIBRAY (DLL) INITALIZATION ROUTIN FAILED.

Obviously your computer was a victim of a virus attack, you will have to do some rebooting on it, if that doesnt work you can always hire a proffesional technician.
