Ntldr is missing

When i attempt to restart my computer, i recieve an error message stating that the NTLDR is missing, and to hit any key to restart, when i hit a key, it shows the same message over and over again, what do i do to fix this????

This has happened to me before, the cause of it is simple It means that a floppy disk is in the drive There fore pop it out and restart computer and you are set to go Just in case your wondering what those letters stand for (it is short for NT LOADER).
