How to I get rid of my cookies?

i would like to get rid of my cookies . but my son told me it's not good to get rid of all of them. i still want to know how and where do i go to deliete them. i have windows xp prof.. thank you. spitfire2cin.net

On the Internet Explorer Icon place your mouse pointer on it and right click, you will then see a window pop up, go down and click properties, in properties you will see three selctions, to to Temporary Internet Files, you will see a button Delete cookies, click that This will delete your cookies.
