Why don't the colors work properly anymore?

we had to delite every thing off my computer and reinstal windows 2000office and now the color on picts of any kind are messed up and it is hard to surf the net or play games on any more.

When you deleted all of the files off you computer, you porbably deleted the video card drivers You need to reinstall the drivers from the video card installation CD.
