Why won't my PC boot up after I came back from vacation?

I was on vacation for a couple weeks and left my computer running in suspend mode. When I got back I checked my e-mail and everything was fine. That was last night, now it is not working at all. The green lights on the key board flicker as does the power light on the tower, but no action. I have turned it off and on again and nothing changes, the lights still flicker but nothing else. I have unplugged it and tried it again and nothing, just flickering lights and no sound at all. Any ideas? Thanks

I think that you might have "fried" your CPU You said you hear nothing at all, well that is not good, because even if there is a problem you PC will let you know using beeps (kinda like morse code) these are known as POST beeps Turn your PC on again, hit the number locks key to see if it lights up, if nothing than you probably fried it Sorry.
