Answers to your question

Attachments cna no longer be opened in the mailbox (earthlink default mailbox). Also can not getto download links from any page on the net. When attempting to go to a download link "page cannot be displayed" message pops up. Every web page I go to does this. Is this a java script problem? Any info you can give would be greatly appreciated.

To correct this particular problem, you must go to the internet options First of all go to "Start", "Settings", "Control Panel", and double click "internet options" when you do so you will be on the "Internet Properties" click on "Custom Level" and click on "Security" when you do so click the reset button and everything should be working fine If you think it is a Java Script problem, make sure it is on high safety on the "Java Permission" also enable the "file download" and "font download" on the security settings as well This should help as least Thsnk you for your cooperation and write whenever you have another problem.
