MS Word has a Change Case keyboard shortcut for faster and smarter typing.

MS Word offers a Change Case dialog with five different options The available cases are uppercase, lowercase, sentence case, toggle case, and title case There is a shortcut to accessing 3 of these commonly used options with just the tap of your fingers Uppercase, lowercase, and title case can be accessed by following these steps:

1 Select the desired text

2 Press Shift-F3 until the text is in the case you want.

Just like that and your text is fixed.
