Hi, don't know much about computers that's why I haven't filled out the form above.

While browsing on the net, a programm automatically got installed on my PC. Now I get the most annoying popups every 10 minutes even when not online. I can't trace the programm. The only thing I find is someting called WINSERV, but I can't manage to delete it because "not enough disk capacity or programm in use".

What can I do?

Thanks

Since you have Windows XP there is a program to restore your system back to the way it was before this unwanted program arrived

Click the Start button > Programs> Accessories> System Tools > System Restore It will take you to the System Restore screen where you can answer the questions so your computer can be restored by to an earlier date.

Important: Please try to safe on disk anything that you have saved from the date that you are going back to.
