My boss has a WinBook XL2 that will run scan disk upon booting up. The scan will get to 16% and hang up. It shows there is a bad cluster on the surface scan. You can control/alt/delete and start windows. We have tried to run Norton System works to defrag the system, but it hangs up at 96% on the speed disk. Basically, we wanted to know is there some way we can find out what section is bad and how we can fix it. The only "error" message we can find is setupx.dll is corrupted. If you can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Sorry that there is not much information, we are computer challenged.
Thanks, Docs' Secretary
