COMPUTER HAS CRASHED. WHEN TRYING TO BOOT UP FROM HARD DRIVE AN ERROR APPEARS. THE ERROR IS DISK I/O ERROR. HOW DO I FIX THE PROBLEM?

Your PC is set to start setup either from the CD-ROM or from a floppy disk.

This issue can occur if an IDE Zip drive is installed on the primary IDE channel as the master.

To resolve this issue, physically disconnect or remove the Zip drive during setup When setup finishes, you can reconnect the Zip drive.
