Change bios setting

I just installed a netgear interface card. The computer will not detect it. When I called them they told me I must change my bios settings. How do I do that? I do not have a manual for my gateway 2000.

To change your bio setting that is going to be very simple when your are starting up your computer from the min the monitor turns on press the delete key and keep pressing it until the bios screen appears you will know what screen it is cuz usually it is a blue screen that will appear ok good luck.
