Will adding more RAM help me play games that require 266mhz of processing power?

I have games that say it needs to be run on a 266mhz processor, but mine is 233mhz processor. is there a way to run the games, and not have to buy a new processor. i have 64 megs of ram. will upgrading the ram help?
