When windows starts up I get a box that pops up "Install Free Scratch Cards!". I get 2 choices "Help" or "Accept". When I go to "Help" it gives me 3 other choices, "Online Help" , "Return" and "Exit". There is no "Online Help" and if I "Exit" it closes the box. However, because of this box I keep getting a lot of pop up ads when I get online. I cannot delete it. I looked in add/remove programs but could not seem to find it. I went to find files and folders in the start menu and could not find it. Please let me know if you have a solution to this annoying box.

First Check your startup folder you might have some program or file that is loading from that folder The startup folder is a folder in which is used to install programs in which you want to execute at startup

Also try typing msconfig on the run command line and go to the startup tab From here unselect the program that shouldn't be there.

There is no need for third party software, but software like spybot would help detect any spyware or programs that shouldn't be running at startup.
