How can not download any programs?

We cannot get the computer to download any programs. Checked the drives and the E-drive disk shows full and system will crash when we try to download programs..what can we do? We have taken it in for repair twice already and they just say it is okay.

Well you could try and free up some space so you can download the programs you need.
