Error Message "c:\window\system\gaykarl"

I get a system message that says " cannot find file c:\window\system\gaykarl" and I do not know what this is I have tried everything I can think of to try and get rid of it but it will not go away. I have contacted gateway and they have not been able to help get rid of it. It keeps my computer from shuting down properly. Do you know what it is? Or maybe someone or thing that can help get rid of it. I have tried "adaware" "windows 98 shutdown patch" add/remove certain files nothing seems to help.

Please help if you can, please make "gaykarl" go away.

Thank you

This seems to be a text file When you visit certain websites, they send test files into your hard drive They use this file to spam you whenever you are on line It is very hard to get rid The only thing i can advise you to do, is to scan your hard drive, reformat and installed the operating system.

Good Luck!
