What's a Monitor?

Hello, my monitor is having some trouble. I have an KDS XF-7T 17" monitor and when I turn it off it resizes itself automatically, so when I turn it on again the screen's dimensions are different. Also, my screen often becomes unstable and starts shaking, is this because I have a neon light in my computer?

Check the cable Monitor flicker can be caused by poor cable connections.

Try using a different refresh rate Right-Click the desktop and select Properties from the menu.

Also, see if a high resolution is selected.
