Let Data Doctors be your personal IT department today

I try to download something and the message "This page cannot be displayed" pops up.

We are trying to go to Msn.com to retrieve my e-mails, it cannot connect.

I have adelphia cable for internet access. How many lights are suppose to be on their modem?

I tried ordering something today and the "page cannot be displayed" pops up again.

Maybe my kids messed something up under internet connections?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you Doris

This could mean that maybe the nic card adapter that connects to rj 45 is loose, not secured properly, so check cables May be your kids messed around with the internet options, which can make changes to your internet connections by clicking a button in that display easily Also make sure your ip address is correct and not changed accidently
