Why isn't my icons displaying

when the icons are almost all loaded up i get the eror message saying that explorer caused a fault in mssrui.dll i pressed the ok button but it goes right back to the same thing! PLEASE HELP ME!!

It seems to me that the mssrui.dll file is corrupted or missing I see from your pofile that you are using Windows 95 Get the windows 95 disk and reinstall to repair your O.S this should fix the problem.
