A couple of months ago I downloaded Kazaa. Prior to the download all was running fine. Slow dial-up, but I could live with that. However, if I tried to save any data such as in Microsoft Office, the save would not retain my data after I shut my computer down. Also all of my picture files, sound files in Window's Media Player and data entered in Word or Excell would be deleted after I shut the computer off. I reloaded Windows ME and it still hasn't helped. I deleted Kazaa and it still hasn't helped! The only thing that is retainable is my E-Mails that Isave unless there is a picture or Word file attatched and then the E-mail is retained but the Pictures or Words vanish when the computer is shut off!

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried to call into the show on KTAR many times but can't seem to get through, and the one time I did get through, it was at the end of the show and y'all had somewhere to go and didn't get to my question. But I truly understand and appreciate the great job both you and KTAR are doing!

KEEP on 'Puting!

thank you

I think you have a virus, try running anti virus software If that doesn't work you might have to format the hard drive and start all over Sorry.
