How to change language on keyboard?

I have just reformatted my hard drive And decided to install win me instead of win 98se which i seem to have done successfully except for my keyboard. When i try to change the language from English United States to English British i get a pop up saying cant find file" kbduk.kbd "and asking me to insert win me disc which i did and it made no difference.I have tried this with 2 different keyboards but no joy. Can you help.

Well you could try and install a new driver for that tower so and see if then youcan install the new language.
