Operating System

I have a cheap sipix camera (web3/roam) my system crashed several months ago,after using my restore disc i can no longer use the camera.I have Reinstalled the software Many Times but on trying to download pictures I get a message saying Camera not recognised . However it does work on my girlfriends Pc running Windows 98,Ihave tried Compatibility settings but no luck.HELP!!!!!!!!!

If your girlfriend has windows 98 and your camera work on it and doesn't work on yours must be because on your computer you have a operating system inwhich the camera isn't compatible, What you can do is go to the manufacture's website and find the software that is compatible with your camera and with your operating system Carlos Millan Jr.
