How do i take back of monitror to fix it.

how do i take the back of the monitor off to fix a loose wire and how do i de electrify it so i wont get schocked

Well just about all computers have screws in them so all you have to do is unscrew your monitor that will allow you to take it off, Know you have to unplug it for 24 hours before you can do anything with it.
