Hello, and thanks for being here. I need to know how to lock out IE6.0. It's very accessible to my children right from the desktop. How can I put a password on it so as to force them to use the Compuserve connection over the cable modem? Also, how can I better control AOL Instant Messenger in the same way? I need control here!! Thanks folks! Paul

My first suggestion woudl be to remove the shortcuts to these programs completely or to create separate accounts which would require your children to type a password before any access would be granted You can set up content filters on IE by clicking tools and selecting internet options and then select the tab that says content From there you may select what level of content is appropriate for viewing over the net while IE is being used.
