How to fix skipping noise?

Hello, My computer (gateway EV700) its CD ROM.

Whenever I insert a disc it Makes this skipping noises and it does this to all discs not just dirty ones. i need an answer

Well its ok it just sounds that way but its not really skipping you don't have any thing to worry about.
