Why do I get a message saying: Windows cannot find picture viewer.exe?

every time i start my computer, i get a message: Windows cannot find picture viewer.exe. This program is needed for opening files of type FLT.file. Where can i find picture viewer.exe?

You can download Quicktime from the Quicktim.com site, that should restore your picture viewer.
