zi don't know what's going on with my computer, I'm always cleaning the computer to free up some space but I'm not using so much memory but it shows that is using more and keeps on going up and up by itself, could you please tell me how can I fix this, there is a file from spn that is taking a lot of space, but when I try to remove it it won't let me and suddenly starts installing ntci folder which is to make cd's, coulkd you please help me. thank you in advance . Alex

You maybe have to backup your files and format your hard drive and reload windows on it and then load you backup file back
