.jpg file will not display on screen when trying to set as background. Brought up "Display Properties", found the .jpg with "Browse" button, the .jpg shows up in the small screen on the "Background" tab, will not show on the regular screen after clicking "Apply" and "OK". Tried with two different .jpg files, the Windows default wallpaper choices will not display either.
