1. When I start my computer an internet program automatically goes online and contacts this site: "0-oiz-xolxii1-oxli10oz1l1-o-l-11-iizxp-l-0o-oll11" which brings up pop-up advertisements. This will occur a couple hours later if the computer's still on. I can't find it in my Startup, and if I click on that program it won't maximize and I can't tell where it's coming from.

2. When my computer first turns on, it frequestly asks me to run Scanreg, but it never finds a problem.

3. When starting up the computer it asks for a "User password" (this started happening after we upgraded to AOL 8.0) How do we get rid of it?

This is my first time using this service--thank you!

Look in the Add and Remove Programs window and see if you could find the program that is related to this site and uninstall it from your PC and see if this will solve the problem.
