Why do the fans stay on when the computer shut down and it takes hours before restarting again?

after being on my computer for a few hours it will shut down but the fans stay on, the only way i can turn it off is by turning off the mains, to restarted it i have to wait a few hours be for i can reboot it, please can you help me with this many thanks

The fan might be bad, that you can replace But you may need a new computer, it seems like the one you have now is wearing out If it is taking a few hours to restart and the fans stay on when it shuts down itself then, you should definitely get it checked, but sounds more like u need a update Get a new fan, check if the power supply is fine and you should be fine.
